AQL Evaluation System
We employ the AQL (Acceptable Quality Limit) evaluation system for garment inspection, with a stringent 1.5 level for manufacturing and a 2.5 level for shipments. This system helps us maintain consistent quality across all stages of production.
Fabric, Yarn & Trim Inspection
Before cutting, we use the 4-point system for fabric inspection to identify and rectify any defects. Additionally, we conduct a thorough 10% inspection of all trims to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Audits and Inspections
In addition to standard quality control measures, we conduct regular audits and inspections at manufacturing facilities. These audits are documented, and the findings are used to fine-tune our quality control systems and processes for continuous improvement.
